CPF roundtable at No.10 on employment and lifelong learning

Following the CPF's discussions on disability & inclusion and on the digital age, representatives from 15 CPF groups across the country yesterday joined the CPF Manager, Dr John Hayward, and CPF Voluntary Diirector, Flick Drummond, to participate in a roundtable discussion at 10 Downing Street to consider questions around employment and lifelong learning.

CPF at National Conservative Convention

CPF joined with the Conservative Women’s Organisation (CWO) at the National Convention Spring Forum to launch their joint working programme and celebrate 100 years of CWO.

CPF Women Entrepreneurs at No.10

On October 15th, CPF Champion for Women Entrepreneurs and founder of Make It Your Business, Alison Cork, and her team of MIYB Local Champions gathered from all corners of the UK for a round table at CCHQ and No.10.

CPF Award Winners at Party Conference

Thirty CPF groups were presented with Director's Awards at the CPF Drinks Reception, held at the Party Conference. The BANES CPF group earned a particular mention because their coordinator was invited during the conference to discuss his proposal in greater detail with no fewer than three of the Prime Minister's policy advisers.

Conservative Councillors Association conference

The CPF was delighted to participate in this weekends’ Conservative Councillors Association conference in Warwick. Despite the bad weather, the conference was extremely well attended and involved some interesting and thought provoking discussions and debates.

Hemel Hempstead CPF

SW Region Conference: Brexit and Beyond

On November 4th, the South West Region CPF held a conference with the theme of Brexit and looking forward. Interest was significant: even after increasing the number of places available, they were full to capacity and ended up with a waiting list.
