CPF Online: Meet the Minister with Amanda Milling
Time & Location
03 Jun 2020, 15:00 – 15:45
About the Event
Amanda Milling was appointed Co-Chairman of the Conservative Party and Minister without Portfolio by Prime Minister, Boris Johnson, in February 2020, having been elected the MP for Cannock Chase in the 2015 general election.
Join us for a Q + A with Amanda about her life and work, both before she entered Parliament in market research and since her election as MP for Cannock Chase, and her recent appointment as Chairman of the Conservative Party. This will be a fascinating "fly on the wall" account of Amanda's first six months as Party Chairman, what went right and what when wrong during the 2019 General Election and life as a parliamentarian both pre and post the coronavirus crisis. We will also be asking Amanda to talk us through what she would like to achieve as Party Chairman and what role she sees the Conservative Policy Forum playing to prepare the Party for even greater success in 2024.
There will be lots of time for questions but to help us make sure everyone gets a chance please submit your question in advance.
