Chris Philp was elected in May 2015 as the Member of Parliament for Croydon South and was appointed Parliamentary Under Secretary of State at the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport in September 2021. He was previously Parliamentary Under Secretary of State at the Home Office and Ministry of Justice from February 2020 to September 2021.
