We are currently recruiting for two voluntary roles within the Conservative Policy Forum, the Conservative Party’s in-house membership think tank. We work to develop the policy potential in our membership, and translate that to our Leader, our Shadow team, and into general right-wing thought leadership.
Interim Marketing Champion
We are currently looking for a creative Voluntary Marketing Champion to join our team. Over the last six months, we've been increasing our attendance on calls and seeing huge interest from members – but we know we can do
more. This role is to use our marketing to ignite interest in policy-making and champion the grassroots Conservative Party.
Interim Policy Lead
We are looking for a Voluntary Policy Lead to join the team. Over the last six months, we've been supporting the Shadow Ministers through events and testing ideas through policy papers. We are seeking a Voluntary Policy Lead who can support the drafting of these papers, and who can then summarise the policy proposals received from members into clear and concise ideas.
The full descriptions for the two roles outlined are attached below. The CPF is at present an organisation of volunteers for volunteers - these are voluntary roles on our core committee.
Please note that deadline to apply for both roles is 16th November 2025, although we will interview on a rolling basis and may appoint before then.
