Feedback on Conservatives Values & Policy Commission

I am delighted to be able to bring you this formal response from Chris Skidmore MP, Chair of the Conservative Policy Commission and Vice Chair for Policy, to the CPF's reflection on Conservative values, which began with our national discussion paper and concluded with our recent online Members' poll.

Summary of environment discussion

In response to our discussion on the environment, we received submissions from 94 CPF groups, representing 109 constituencies and at least 838 members across the country.

Health and Social Care Discussion

Last year, the CPF published a discussion paper on the important subject of adult social care. That was interrupted by the snap general election, during which the debate moved on significantly. This paper picks up and widens that discussion.

Summary of skills and training discussion

In response to our discussion paper on skills and training, we received submissions from 100 CPF groups representing 115 constituencies and at least 945 members across the country.

Discussion Programme Update

Continuing our series of papers aimed at supporting the PM's domestic policy priorities and encouraging members to reflect on policies of particular concern to voters under 40, I am pleased to confirm the topics planned for our national policy discussions for the months ahead.

Women in Public Life Survey

The CPF is delighted to be joining with the Conservative Women’s Organisation London this year to mark the centenary of women’s suffrage.

Conservative Councillors Association conference

The CPF was delighted to participate in this weekends’ Conservative Councillors Association conference in Warwick. Despite the bad weather, the conference was extremely well attended and involved some interesting and thought provoking discussions and debates.
